What a fabulous evening at Mr. Big Fish! The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with delicious, old-fashioned seafood prepared exceptionally well, complemented by sophisticated, personal, and attentive service. Our party of four enjoyed the seafood cioppino, mahi-mahi, shrimp appetizer with garlic toast, and calamari appetizer. Everything was exceptional, including the homemade Italian crusty bread offered complimentary. Krissy took wonderful care of us and went out of her way to make sure every detail was perfect. Lynn, the manager, also stopped by our table, which added such a nice personal touch. Our cocktails and wines were delicious and very well priced, and we especially appreciated that we were able to relax and enjoy our evening without ever feeling rushed. Our server and the manager event sat down to take a quick photo with us. Extremely personable and professional! It was truly a magical night at a wonderful local Naples restaurant centrally located off of 41 near Park Shore. Great seafood, gracious hospitality, and a memorable evening enjoyed by all. We will definitely be back!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The best fish I have ever had X2. So much food for the price and ther service is outstanding and friendly! The warm table bread OMG!! Go everyday you can!

Was interested in the $1.50 oysters at Happy hour and we were told we could only get them by going to the bar there weren't enough seats for our party at the bar so I sat down and ordered but then the rest of the party went to the front desk and they wouldn't see us without me present so I had to cancel my order and then go and sit at the table and I couldn't get the oysters really upsetting to have customer service so stupid like this. This was the older lady at the front desk. We did wait longer than normal to get our waters refilled or to bring additional cocktail sauce when we asked for some so the service is average or slightly below average in my opinion. We ask for grilled fish but it was obviously boiled and then dusted with the blackened spices but it wasn't blackened in a pan like it should be. The quality of the ingredients was above average and that would be the only positive thing I have to say.

Mr. Big Fish was the choice made by some friends, it had very good service and a nice menu selection. Only complaints are that it is overcrowded - it was 5:30 on a Monday, and overpriced for the seating arrangement - we all felt rushed and not as relaxed as we should have been for that price. Nothing wrong with the Angry Lobster Pasta, it was delicious, as well as the Scallops were delicious too, but they were overpriced. Our friends had Ĺump Crab Cakes and Swordfish, which they said were their favorites. The Caesar Salad that came with some of the meals was one if the wimpiest I have seen or had for this class of restaurant. But the sides of both the Potatoes Gu Gratin and Onion Rings were delicious.
